[Breaking News] Stone Cold Steve Austin Medically Cleared To Wrestle

Stone Cold Steve Austin has been medically cleared to compete this week on LCW Showdown after having a large, heavy, steel office door slammed on his head last week by LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway.

Austin was trying to get to Calaway after he found out the week before on LCW Showdown that Calaway had hired the masked man that attacked him at the LCW Caged Heat pay-per-view, costing him a victory over Hulk Hogan in a Hell in a Cell steel cage match. Calaway had surrounded himself with police officers last week, but Austin wasn't going to let that stop him from getting to Calaway.

As Austin was banging on Calaway's office, Tully Blanchard appeared and tried to attack Austin, but Austin made short work of Blanchard, hitting him with and knocking him out with the Stone Cold Stunner.

As Austin got back to his feet after hitting Blanchard with the Stunner, he was blindsided by LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff with the Russian Sickle clothesline. Calaway then appeared, opening his office door and letting Koloff and Blanchard into the office.

Calaway leaned down and got in Austin's face and said, "And that's the bottom line, because the Chairman of the Board said so." Calaway then slammed the door on Austin's head as slowly started to get to his feet. Medical officials ran in to check on the fallen Austin as the show went off the air and he was taken away on a stretcher after the show went off the air. Austin was taken to a local hospital where he was diagnosed with a minor concussion and released.

Medical officials cleared Austin today to compete this Wednesday on LCW Showdown when he will team with LCW United States Champion Diamond Dallas Page to face LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff and Hulk Hogan.
