In the back, LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and Jesse Ventura arrived and headed to the ring. Rowdy Roddy Piper came out for the Piper's Pit interview segment and introduced his guests: LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and Jesse Ventura. Calaway told Ventura that he knew he would do the right thing and he did do the right thing when he turned on California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in his match against Calaway last Saturday at LCW Redemption Day. Calaway shook Ventura's hand and thanked him and said he could do back to the broadcast booth because, "I think I can handle this little bitch in the dress by myself," referring to Piper. Piper snapped his head in Calaway's and got in his face as Ventura left the ring. Piper asked Calaway, "Who the hell do you think you are?" Calaway looked at him dead in the eye and said, "You're boss?" Piper dropped the microphone, "You listen to me you little piss ant…" As Piper continued to inaudibly berate Calaway, suddenly, from behind and out of nowhere, Greg Valentine attacked Piper from behind with a steel chair and blasted Piper, busting him wide open. As blood poured from Piper's head and Valentine left the ring, Calaway grabbed the microphone and leaned down in Piper's face and said, "Now who's the piss ant?" Calaway laughed and left the ring.

LCW Universal Champion Superstar Billy Graham defeated Nikita Koloff in 9:36 by pinfall with a rollup while holding the ropes. After the match, LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel came out and went to the timekeeper's table and grabbed the title belt and got in the ring and said, "Wait a minute. I'm not going to let this happen again. There's no instant replay in professional wrestling, but there are monitors in the back. I let it slide last Sunday at Redemption Day when you're feet were on the ropes. Don't try to deny it. The referee might not have seen it, but the people did. Now, while the referee is the final authority in the ring, I'm not going to let these people be cheated by watching you cheat to win again. So, for the next week, this (the title) belongs to me. I'm declaring the title vacant for the first time ever in LCW. Next week on LCW Showdown, Nikita Koloff and Superstar Billy Graham will face each other in a ladder match to determine the new LCW Universal Champion." Graham got in Bockwinkel's face and argued the announcement and Bockwinkel just stood there as Graham just yelled at him. Bockwinkel then pointed at Koloff who was standing in the corner and when Graham turned around Koloff hit him with the Russian Sickle clothesline.
