Showdown (October 25, 2006) live from the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA.

In the back, as LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and the new LCW International Champion The Ultimate Warrior had just arrived at the arena when Stone Cold Steve Austin came out of nowhere and tried to attack Calaway, but Warrior intercepted Austin and threw him through a plate glass window, busting him wide open and knocking him out. Warrior continued to attack Austin, kicking him repeatedly in the head, until LCW security officials came out and dragged him away from the scene. Medical officials arrived to check on Austin who had been knocked unconscious.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Jesse Ventura welcomed everyone to LCW Showdown and announced that tonight's show was supposed to be a memorial to Corporal Kirchner, who was reported dead by mainstream media last week. However, it turns out that Corporal Kirchner is not dead, and is very alive and doing well. Schiavone announced that the match featuring the Axis of Evil (Sgt. Slaughter, The Iron Sheik, and Nikolai Volkoff) against Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Rocky Johnson, and Tony Atlas, in what was supposed to be a special memorial match to Kirchner would still take place tonight, only not as a memorial to Kirchner.

Cowboy Bob Orton, Outlaw Ron Bass, Dirty Dick Slater defeated The Bushwhackers and Rick Steiner in 5:10 by pinfall when Cowboy Bob Orton pinned Bushwhacker Luke after a bulldog.

In the back, Mr. Fuji and Cowboy Bill Watts talked to Don Muraco about facing Bam Bam Bigelow tonight. Watts said the trouble between he and "Dr. Death" Steve Williams started they got involved with Bam Bam Bigelow and tonight he wanted Don Muraco to take Bigelow out. LCW World Tag Team Champions The Powers of Pain (with Paul Jones) defeated The Killer Bees in 5:58 by pinfall when The Warlord pinned Brian Blair after a powerslam. After the match, Paul Jones grabbed a microphone and said when Strike Force defeated The Powers of Pain two weeks ago, it was a fluke, a mistake, a freak of nature. Jones promised that it wasn't going to be a fluke when The Powers of Pain defeat Strike Force and it wasn't going to be an accident when they put both Rick Martel and Tito Santana in the hospital. Jones said, "As a matter of fact, it is Night of Horrors, we might just send you punks to your graves." Jones laughed and walked out with The Powers of Pain.

{COMMERCIAL BREAK}

Demolition defeated King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang (with Bobby Heenan) in 2:45 by pinfall when Demolition Ax pinned King Kong Bundy after the Decapitation Device. Before the match, Bobby Heenan came out with Bundy and Gang and demanded a match against any team in Legends Championship Wrestling because he was tired of one of the most dominant teams in LCW being ignored. Heenan challenged any team in LCW and Demolition answered the challenge.

In the back, Cowboy Bob Orton, Outlaw Ron Bass, and Dirty Dick Slater approached LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel and said they won their match tonight and demanded a match at Night of Horrors this Sunday. They explained that they'd heard about black people being referred to as "OG's" or "Original Gangsters," well they were the "OC's." Bockwinkel looked puzzled and said, "Orange County?" Orton said, "No, no. We're the Original Country Boys." Bockwinkel said, "Well, that sounds good to me. All right, you've got your match at LCW Night of Horrors." Bockwinkel walked away and Orton, Bass, and Slater realized he didn’t say who they'd face at Night of Horrors.

Brother Love came out for the "Brother Love Show" interview segment. Love introduced his guest: LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff, who joined Love in the ring with his manager and uncle, Ivan Koloff. Love said it was sad that he was so afraid of true challengers like The Dynamite Kid, Big Van Vader, The Ultimate Warrior and instead was facing his friend Magnum TA at Night of Horrors this Sunday. Koloff said it wasn't his decision. He said LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel named Magnum TA the number one contender and Magnum deserved to be the number one contender. Koloff said he wasn't afraid of anyone and facing Magnum was a matter of pride, respect, and honor. He was proud of himself and of Magnum and he respected Magnum and wanted to honor him by giving him his earned title shot, but he wasn't just going to give him the title; Magnum was going to have to take the title from him. Love insultingly said he couldn't understand a word that Nikita said and began to mock his Russian accent. Koloff asked him if he understood this and he punched Love, knocking him down to the mat. As Love tried to get back to his feet, he was hit with the Russian Sickle clothesline.

Magnum TA defeated LCW International Champion The Ultimate Warrior (with LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway) in 9:41 by pinfall to win the LCW International Championship after the belly-to-belly suplex after LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway interfered while the referee was knocked out and accidentally hit Warrior with a steel chair when Magnum, who was being held up by Warrior for the attempted chair shot, moved out of the way. After the match, Stone Cold Steve Austin came out and attacked Warrior, hitting him with the Stone Cold Stunner. Austin then chased Calaway to the back. Austin chased Calaway all the way to the parking lot, where Calaway hoped into a limousine that sped away before Austin could get his hands on Calaway.
