LCW Showdown Television Results 10.18.06
In the back, LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and The Ultimate Warrior arrived in a limousine and were approached by LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel who announced that tonight The Ultimate Warrior would get another title shot. Calaway said he was glad Bockwinkel had come to his senses and decided to give Warrior another shot at LCW Universal Championship. Bockwinkel said he didn't say he was going to give Warrior a shot at the LCW Universal Championship. Bockwinkel said tonight The Ultimate Warrior would face LCW International Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin! Calaway didn’t seem too happy and sneered at Bockwinkel as he walked away.
Bam Bam Bigelow (with Luna Vachon) defeated LCW Television Champion Steve Williams in 8:21 by pinfall after the Greetings From Asbury Park in a non-title match after Cowboy Bill Watts interfered and distracted Williams which allowed Bigelow to hit Williams with the Greetings From Asbury Park. After the match, Watts walked away with a pleased look on his face.

Ken Patera, King Kong Bundy, One Man Gang, and Billy Jack Haynes (with Bobby Heenan) wrestled Paul Orndorff, Brutus Beefcake, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and Ricky Steamboat to a no contest in 4:31 after the referee lost control of the match and the two teams brawled in and out of the ring. After the match, LCW security officials came out and separated the two teams. LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel came out and announced that he was going to give Paul Orndorff a lumberjack match against any member of the Heenan Family. Orndorff asked for the audience's help as he pointed at each member of the Heenan Family. One Man Gang, King Kong Bundy, Ken Patera, and Billy Jack Haynes each got equal applause until Paul Orndorff pointed at Bobby Heenan who was standing on the ring apron and the audience exploded. LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel announced that at LCW Night of Horrors, on Sunday, October 29th, Paul Orndorff would face his former manager Bobby Heenan in a lumberjack match with the men currently in the ring as the lumberjacks.
In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and The Ultimate Warrior. Calaway said he was going to do whatever it takes to make sure that Warrior walked out of his match with LCW International Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin as the champion.

In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway and new LCW International Champion The Ultimate Warrior. Calaway said he wasn't going to be the new Vince McMahon and said he was simply doing what was best for business. He said he didn't care about Stone Cold Steve Austin and it was nothing personal against Austin. He said making sure Warrior won was simply what was best for the business.
Randy Savage (with Sensational Sherri Martel) defeated Bob Backlund in 5:35 by disqualification after LCW Heritage Champion Kevin Von Erich interfered and went to attack Savage who saw Von Erich coming and managed to make it out of the ring before Von Erich could attack him. After the match, Von Erich officially challenged Savage to a match at LCW Night of Horrors on Sunday, October 29th. Savage accepted the challenge.
In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed Don Muraco and Mr. Fuji who challenged Bam Bam Bigelow to a number one contenders match next week to determine the number one contender for the LCW Television Championship at Night of Horrors on Sunday, October 29th. Cowboy Bill Watts approached them and offered his services to help Muraco saying that Bigelow and Luna Vachon were the reason that he and LCW Television Champion Steve Williams had a falling out. Muraco and Fuji said they would be honored to have Watts in their corner tonight.

LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel was in the ring and introduced the participants in the main event at LCW Night of Horrors: LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff, with Ivan Koloff, and the number one contender Magnum TA. Koloff and Magnum both signed the contract. Magnum grabbed the microphone and said, "We're friends now, but I just want you to know that at Night of Horrors, all I'm going to see is that gold and I'm going to stop at nothing to get it around my waist by the end of the night." Koloff said, in his thick Russian accent, "You right, Magnum. We are friend and at Night of Horrors all I care about is keeping title and I'll do whatever it take…including kick your ass!" Koloff got in Magnum's face and there was a moment of tension before Koloff extended his hand and shook Magnum's hand and pulled him in for a hug. Magnum raised Koloff's hand and shook Ivan Koloff's hand before they left the ring.

The Ultimate Warrior attacked Magnum TA as he got into his car. LCW security officials came out and pulled Warrior off of Magnum as he tried to get to his feet and fight back. LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway approached Warrior as security brought him around a corner and asked, "What have you done now?" One of the security guards said, "He wrote a check his ass won’t be able to cash." Warrior grabbed the security guard and threw him though a set of metal double doors. The security guards went to grab Warrior, but Calaway yelled at them to get off of him and leave.
Strike Force defeated The Orient Express (with Mr. Fuji) in 4:09 by submission when Rick Martel made Sato submit to the Boston Crab. After the match, The Powers of Pain, with Paul Jones, came out and tried to attack Strike Force, but they managed to fight The Powers of Pain off and knocked them out of the ring. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone noted: "That's the second week in a row that Strike Force has gotten the best of The Powers of Pain. Will they get the best of them at Night of Horrors?"
In the back, Magnum TA grabbed LCW Commissioner Nick Bockwinkel and demanded a match next week on Showdown with The Ultimate Warrior. Bockwinkel granted him the match and said if he was lucky maybe it would be for the LCW International Championship. Magnum said he didn't care, he just wanted to rip Warrior's head off.
{COMMERCIAL BREAK}
Kevin Sullivan and Jake Roberts defeated LCW United States Champion Diamond Dallas Page and Dusty Rhodes in 7:01 by pinfall when Sullivan pinned Page with a rollup after a video began playing on the LegendsTron showing Kimberly Page crouching in a corner of what appeared to be a dungeon while screaming her lungs out which distracted Page.
In the back, Sean Mooney interviewed Brother Love who announced a very special guest next week on "The Brother Love Show" on Showdown: LCW Universal Champion Nikita Koloff.

The Ultimate Warrior defeated LCW International Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin in 12:38 by pinfall to win the LCW International Championship after LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway interfered and hit Austin with a steel chair while the referee was knocked out.
